Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using EsperWorks (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is operated by Esper Global LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), headquartered in Accra, Ghana. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

EsperWorks provides invoicing, contract management, payment processing, expense tracking, and related business tools. You may use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Interfere with the Platform’s performance or availability

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including business details, client information, invoice amounts, and tax calculations. EsperWorks does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional for matters relating to taxation, compliance, or legal obligations.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through Paystack or other supported payment methods. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.

All content, design, code, and branding on the Platform belong to Esper Global LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EsperWorks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay outstanding fees. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
