By accessing or using EsperWorks (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is operated by Esper Global LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), headquartered in Accra, Ghana. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

EsperWorks provides invoicing, contract management, payment processing, expense tracking, and related business tools. You may use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Interfere with the Platform’s performance or availability

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including business details, client information, invoice amounts, and tax calculations. EsperWorks does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional for matters relating to taxation, compliance, or legal obligations.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through Paystack or Flutterwave. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

All content, design, code, and branding on the Platform belong to Esper Global LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Platform.
