1. Introduction

Esper Global LLC (“EsperWorks”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. We comply with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account details: Name, business email, phone number, password hashes.
  • Business data: Business logo, RGD registration number, tax IDs.
  • Financial records: Invoices, contract metadata, settlement details.
  • Client records: Contact details and statement of accounts.

3. Third-Party Integrations

We work with trusted financial infrastructure partners:

  • Paystack & Flutterwave: Payment gateway processing.
  • Cloudflare R2: Encrypted PDF document storage.
  • Resend & Pusher: Transactional email & instant web notifications.

EsperWorks partners with Paystack Payments Limited and Flutterwave for payment processing, money transmission, and settlement services with funds cleared through licensed partner financial institutions and authorized telecommunications networks including MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AT Money.

*EsperWorks is a financial management, billing, and document automation platform. EsperWorks is not a commercial bank, law firm, or certified public accounting firm, and does not provide banking services, legal representation, or official auditing. Tax calculations (Ghana VAT, NHIL, GETFund, COVID-19 Health Recovery Levy) and revenue projections are automated computational tools based on user configuration and statutory tax rate schedules. Electronic signatures captured through EsperWorks utilize cryptographic SHA-256 HMAC attestation and SMS OTP identity verification in compliance with Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772).
